Specifically, since [[Definition of Consistent Feature|the features are not consistent]]), the synchronization of the CAD Model can be done only with an actual alignment which reflects the CAD alignment, but, because [[Definition of Consistent Feature|the features are not consistent]], the nominal reference system is undefined, then the CAD synchronization might fail. 
The solution for this situation is to issue a [[Non-DMIS command]] to set the Nominal Reference System to the CAD:
