当Renishaw组件未从Renishaw UCC服务器找到时隐藏消息

Using Renishaw Ucc Server it is possible (even if unlikely) to meet the case in which some graphical component are not synchronized with the Sensor Graphical library of ARCO, (the case might be a custom component).
In these cases ARCO will raise a message informing that the graphical component cannot be display, the users need to confirm that message in order to continue the execution.
The display of the message is governed by an entry in the WhiteStar.ini file as follow:
Show warning message for missing components = 0: the message will not be displayedShow warning message for missing components = 1: the message will be displayed
The default value for this entry i set to 1.
